The Easter event is fast approaching and we would like to get an event meeting together this week, if possible. This is going to be a “mini” event, therefore, it should not require quite as much planning, time or supplies as our Christmas event, however, volunteers will of course be needed. Please let us know if you can attend this first meeting at 7PM on Thursday, February 16th at Barros Pizza.

Also, at this point in time, we only have a couple of people who said they would like to participate/help…..therefore, if you know anyone who is interested in assisting, please inform them so they may be at the meeting as well.
